This is a repair service for Toyota 1KD engine ECUs, which are known to fail with issues such as: aged or leaking electrolytic capacitors, which damage the PCB over time.

Our Repair Process Includes:

Chemical removal of conformal coating using a controlled hot bath

Desoldering and replacement of all electrolytic capacitors with equal or higher-spec components

Track repair and restoration where corrosion or leakage has caused damage

Re-coating the ECU with a clear, protective conformal layer

Oven-bake curing; for long-term durability

Full reassembly and bench testing

This process restores the ECU’s reliability and avoids the cost and complexity of replacement or reprogramming.
