DME 7 512 354 | Misfire, Ignition, or Injector Fault | Fault Codes: 30407 / 30118

This service covers diagnostic repair of misfire-related ECU faults and/or cloning of DME data from a damaged unit to a donor ECU. Whether your ECU suffers from a failed driver circuit or is beyond repair and needs data transfer, we’ve got you covered.

🔧 Standard ECU Misfire Repair Includes:

  • Full inspection and repair of ignition or injector driver circuits

  • Correction of ECU faults causing misfires or dead cylinders

  • Internal rework of solder joints, power paths, or burnt components

  • Bench test for coil/injector outputs, verified under load

  • Fault codes resolved: 30407, 30118, and related P030X codes

🔁 Optional ECU Cloning (Data Transfer) Service:

  • Transfers all internal DME data (ISN, immobiliser, coding, etc.)

  • Required when original ECU is water-damaged or physically non-repairable

  • Performed with precision tools to retain VIN and coding

  • Allows plug-and-play replacement with matched donor unit
