Toyota Hiace Instrument Cluster Repair – No Odometer or Gauge Movement

Dead Cluster | No Display | Full Gauge Failure

This is a repair service for Toyota Hiace instrument clusters that have lost all gauge functionality, including the odometer display, speedometer, fuel, temperature, and tachometer. This issue is often caused by internal power faults or failed circuit components within the cluster.

Common Symptoms Repaired:

  • No odometer or trip display

  • All gauges stuck at zero or completely dead

  • No cluster response when key is turned

  • Dash lights may work but gauges do not

  • Flickering or power cycling during driving

What We Do:

  • Inspect and repair the main power regulation and logic circuits

  • Replace or reflow failed components (voltage regulators, transistors, etc.)

  • Rebuild internal tracks or solder joints if damaged

  • Bench test all gauges and odometer display for proper function
